Nourishing Bodies, Nourishing Minds

At Rowanbrook we believe that nutrition plays a pivotal role in overall well-being. A balanced and nutritious diet provides essential energy, supports recovery, and contributes to a positive quality of life

Well-balanced meals

Well-balanced meals and nutritional intake play a huge role in everyone’s overall wellbeing. Our kitchen team has a wealth of healthcare experience, cooking dishes that optimise nutrition, cater for cultural variety and can be tailored depending on an individual’s wants and needs.

We offer a full dining experience along with menu and food and drinks available 24 hours a day.

As part of our support of independent living, we understand that some people living with us may wish to eat what they want, when they want, and the importance for their wellbeing of feeling able to live as they did when they were at home or before needing to live in a care home environment.

This will always be balanced by our carers’ recommendations and advice on food choices that offer the right overall nutritional intake for each person. We also make sure that all dietary needs and allergies are catered for.

Food Choices

For people who may not be able to make food choices, or who require help to eat. Sensitive to the complexities of their medical condition, our team are always there to help and support with the evolving needs of our residents.

We offer a range of options to meet residents’ needs. From finger foods (which can be helpful for people with dementia) to nutritional shakes and food that requires minimal chewing, whilst always maintaining the highest possible nutritional value.

Our in-home kitchen and team of chefs can adapt our home-cooked meals for the needs of all.
