At Rowanbrook Care Home, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for adults with complex health needs. From our experienced and well-staffed team to the use of the latest technology, we’ve designed small communities within the home through thoughtfully arranged bedroom zones and facilities. This allows us to deliver the personalised care that each of our residents requires.

A Homely Environment

Intimate Communities: Our home is designed to create a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, with smaller units of just 9, 12, 15, and 18 beds set across 4 floors
Safe and Serene: Our private enclosed garden provides a tranquil outdoor space for residents to enjoy.
Community and Well-being: Our communal areas and dining spaces foster a sense of belonging, while our in-house chefs prepare delicious and nutritious meals to cater to all dietary requirements.

Our Staffing Commitment

Dementia Training: Our dedicated team undergoes rigorous dementia training to ensure they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in dementia care.
Registered Nurses: We have a team of registered general nurses and mental health nurses who provide expert care and support
Expertise: Expert advice and training from dementia care specialist Deena Heaney (MBE)

Comprehensive Care Services

Specialist Care: We offer nursing care for adults with complex needs such as chronic or long-term health conditions, mental health needs, moderate to advanced dementia as well as severe injuries.
Advanced technology: We use Nourish, a digital care management platform which offers access to real time accurate documentation and care plans.
Accessible Facilities: We offer assisted bathrooms for bathing and showers, along with a stair-lift and elevator for easy navigation.

Rowanbrook Care Home has 54 beds across 4 suites, known as the Beacon, Bloxwich, Brownhills, Burcot suites.

Each floor has a comfortable lounge and dining area with themed floors. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs, electric profile beds, bedroom furniture and private toilets and hand basins. There are wet rooms and assisted bathrooms on each floor for our residents’ use.

Rowanbrook also benefits from enclosed gardens with seating areas to encourage our residents to access the outdoors and enjoy the pleasure of fresh air and space.
